SHIPPING

Free Shipping Over $150

Manitobah provides no-charge shipping to most areas of Canada and the contiguous United States for orders over $150. A standard shipping fee of $10 will be applied for orders under $150.

All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days and usually arrive within 3-7 business days of being shipped. Orders may take up to 5 business days for processing due to increased traffic during the holiday season. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped, or you can Log In to your account to check the status of your order.

Express shipping can be purchased for $50. Express orders will arrive within 1-2 business days of being shipped. Please be aware that P.O. boxes and remote areas may experience shipping times beyond the 1-2 days even with express shipping.

MANITOBAH RETURN POLICY

Didn't get the perfect fit? We gladly provide FREE exchanges within 30 days of purchase for full-price products in unworn condition, with some conditions:

Standard Limitations

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and include original tags and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided in the form of an order number or receipt.
  • All Indigenous Market and clearance ("Last Chance") items are Final Sale and do not qualify for returns.
  • Online purchases cannot be returned to a Manitobah retail store location. Orders purchased online must be returned using our returns portal.

Holiday Return Policy

  • We offer an extended holiday return window for orders placed between November 15 and December 31.
  • Purchases made online or at a Manitobah retail location during this period are eligible for returns until January 31 of the following calendar year.

ONLINE RETURNS

All online purchases must be returned via our returns portal. An order number and the email address used to place the order is required to set up the return.

Online Return Limitations

  • A flat-rate fee of $10 will be deducted from refunds to help cover shipping costs. Return shipping for exchanges is always free.
  • Refunds can only be returned to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to be released by the bank once a return is processed.
  • If a gift card was used to pay for the order, the refund will also be issued via gift card.

RETAIL RETURNS

For items purchased at a Manitobah retail location, we can only provide online return options through our returns portal if the email address or phone number was captured at time of purchase.

Retail Return Limitations

  • Interac debit refunds must be returned to the same debit card used at time of purchase.
  • If a gift card was used to pay for the order, the refund will also be issued via gift card.
  • In-store exchanges are limited to available in-store inventory.
  • For purchases made by Interac debit or cash, refunds can only be issued remotely via gift card. For a full cash or Interac debit refund, please visit us in-store.
  • If an email address or phone number was provided at the time of purchase, you can request a remote exchange using our returns portal.

Seasonal Retail Locations

  • Once a seasonal store closes, refunds for Interac debit or cash purchases will be issued as a gift card.

MANITOBAH WARRANTY POLICY

All Manitobah products come with a Material and Manufacturing Defect Warranty valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, we encourage you to submit a claim through our returns portal. Our highly trained staff will inspect the damage along with your proof of purchase.

Terms and Conditions

  • "Manufacturing defect" refers to issues with workmanship or materials and does not cover normal wear and tear, unintentional or accidental damage, or the natural aging of materials over time.
  • Proof of purchase in the form of an order number or receipt is required to submit a warranty claim.
  • If the item is in stock, we'll replace it. If it's no longer available, we will provide a discount code equal to the purchase value.
  • Photos of the damage and overall condition of the item must be provided and reviewed by a warranty specialist before a claim is approved. Please allow up to 7 business days for the claim to be reviewed.

Online and Retail Warranty Claims

Initiate your warranty claim through our returns portal. Please have your order number and the email address used at purchase ready. If you do not have your order number, contact warranty@manitobah.ca for support.

Third-Party Purchases

Warranty claims for items purchased through third-party vendors must be initiated by contacting warranty@manitobah.ca with photos of the damage and proof of purchase.

MANITOBAH PRICE MATCH POLICY

If you purchased an item on the Manitobah website, we will adjust the price you paid to a lower price if an eligible Manitobah promotion or sale lowers the price of the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Please have your order number, product details, price, and website information available for verification at time of request. Contact us within 30 days of your Manitobah purchase to qualify for a price match refund.

Terms and Conditions

  • To qualify for a price adjustment, the lower-priced item must be in stock and available on our website and must be the same as the original—meaning the same style number, color, and size.
  • The purchase must have been made directly on the Manitobah website. Purchases made at Manitobah retail locations may be subject to additional restrictions. See in-store for details.
  • Our price matching policy does not apply to the following:
    • "Last Chance" or clearance items marked as Final Sale.
    • BOGO (Buy One, Get One free) or gift with purchase promotions.
    • Items purchased at another retailer.
  • Once verified for an eligible price adjustment, the difference will be refunded to the original form of payment.
  • Only one price adjustment per product.
  • Price adjustments are offered by Manitobah as a consumer courtesy. Manitobah reserves the right to refuse price adjustments, cap the maximum number of price adjustments allowed per customer, and/or cancel or modify these terms at any time.
